Barely managed to pass my IPPT this time round. Heck, had I ran one second later (i.e. 13:41) I would have failed! So happy that I passed my IPPT for the 7th year in a row! Mental note: must train and warm down after the 2.4km run...

i IIt was an exciting day for Honz and I as we finally got the keys to our new flat in Fernvale! The feeling of having our own home was wonderful even if it's smaller compared to flats in the 80s and 90s. Thanks to the long wait of 3 years, we have enough CPF to pay almost 60% of the flat cost. We hope to cash-in within the next 5-7 years :p Next problem is to find a contractor to do up the place. I'm also happy to have enough savings to pay for the renovations and furnishing in cash. Don't want to be caught in debts! Looking forward to many wonderful years in our 1st flat! March was not a good month though I should be thankful. I'm getting rather disenchanted with the organization. First the reimbursement, then the PB and grade. Sigh... I've lost about $10000 so far this year. I'm now wondering whether I've stayed too long here.
